I have a rt sided small vocal cord nodule. No symptoms only hoarseness at times. What is the treatment of it. Surgery or medicine therapy. Without surgery can it be possible to recover.

Vocal cord modules occur as a result of faulty usage of voice, Acidity, shouting etc. Voice therapy will help you to remove faulty voice usage pattern and learn correct one. If it doesn't improve with speech therapy(voice) then we can plan for surgery but mostly it is required for small nodules.
