Respected lybrate-user, hi Warm welcome to Lybrate.com I have evaluated your query thoroughly.* The need of hospitalisation depends upon the symptoms (as reports are only supportive)* So if the patient has only blood once in urine then it is manageable with medicines But if patient has high grade fever, severe chills, pelvic pain, other symptoms of burning which is unbearable and not responding to treatment, then comes hospitalisation need otherwise not. Hope this may help you. Wishing her fine recovery. Welcome for any further guidance. Regards dear take care.
