Your hemoglobin level is very low and it can also cause vertigo like sensation or dizziness. Iron in syrup form is easily digested so you can start with that. Green leafy vegetables and jaggery are good for increasing iron. You need to undergo evaluation for anemia by a hematologist and by an ENT doctor for vertigo.

HB of 8 is very low. Get it corrected with injections. Giddiness needs to evaluated as it could be a part of anemia or ear problem. Kindly visit ENT specialisr.
