My wife age is 30 years. Small hypodensities / artifacts in the bilateral frontal lobes, what is the main problem in the above decide?

Dear , this ct scan report is useless as it does not clarify between hypodensity and artefacts. Artefacts means there may be some defect in machine or material while doing the procedure. So it is better to do a mri brain/ repeat ct from some other place.
