I am 40 years aged with two children at 10 years and 7 years of age. I had a polypectomy surgery 10 days ago and I am advised to take thyronorm 12.5 mg tab for one month. I had antibiotics prescribed by doctor for a week. Now I have pain in anal region and it seems that anal fissure is developed. I couldn't pass stools though I took fiber diet and laxative for past two days. I couldn't pressure during bowl movement and feel severe pain. Could you please advise on getting rid of this pain as I am not in a condition to travel and consult the doctor who treated me for surgery.
