Hello I am 18 Week pregnant I have thyroid I am taking medicine thyrox 50 mg I have little abdominal pain is this common And for pain I am taking ecosprin 75 and from when I will feel my baby movement.

You have to continue your thyroid medications and keep repeating tsh every month as in pregnancy it needs dose titration. And for abdominal pain pls get consuted and get urine examination done. Also see if you have any constipation and can take medicines as per the need. You will feel baby movements at 20 weeks.
