I am having E coli urine infection. There is testicular pain and Balanitis as well. I want to know whether the Balanitis and testicular pain are due to urinary infection and can be treated with antibiotics? Or there can be other reasons for the above problems?

Yes all your problems are due to local spread of antibiotics Take antibiotics under guidance of your doctor. Ideally after your infection is controlled you must get tests to rule out some co morbid condition which might have triggered your UTI.
