I had undergone ACL reconstruction surgery. Developed light swelling & pain on the knee on the 8th day after surgery and continued on the 9th day. Is any treatment necessary?

Hi. Swelling after ACL surgery may persist for a month or so. No need to worry much as long as you don't have any fever or redness around the wound site. Also once you have started physiotherapy swelling also increases. This should subside with leg elevation, giving rest and ice fomentation. This should help you.
