Dear, your problem can be solved in either of two ways. You can either have multiple fat grafting to give natural fullness to breast or decide to get breast implants. As per which choice is better this is not as simple as it appears. There are pros and cons for both procedure. My suggestion to you will be to consult a good plastic surgeon to understandeverything and take an informed decision. One last point is that you should not hold yourself from getting your breasts augmented because, in my experience many girls like you hesitate for a long period before deciding to get breast augmented. Invariably all of them later regret not having got this issue solved much earlier and avoid unnecessary mental anguish and complex.
