Hello I am 25 years old female I am 5 months pregnant I have lower back pain I ve visited Dr. n done scanning everything is normal in reports but placenta is posterior Dr. said back pain is because of this n advised to take rest as much as possible. Is there anything else I can do for making myself comfortable? Is it normal or anything to worry about? please advise.
