Hello lybrate-user, Tinnitus is a very complicated thing. Medical field has not yet been able to study the whole of it. It's an enigma. Tinnitus surgery ke baad thik ho bhi sakta hai aur nahi bhi. Around 60-70% patients in my practice gets relieved of tinnitus. But baki logon ka reh jata hai. I know bahut alag sa response diya hai meine but yahi truth hai.
