I am 55 years old having diabetes, hypertension and kidney problems. I had TB in 2015 February. I took 8 months course. Got cured. Now I cough since 15 days. Should I go for sputum test and chest x-ray. Is TB re-occurs?

One of the most common condition following TB is Post TB fibrosis. You need a CXR to exclude this. Also do a Sputum for AFB (2 days) from a RNTCP lab. Yes TB can re occure. But as you have completed the ATD course, chances are less.
