I have spider veins in both legs and pain a lot how do I get rid of pain and spider vein.

Dear Mr. lybrate-user, Spider veins per se don't cause much pain or Complications. They can have some itching or cosmetic issues. But the severe pain you describe doesn't occur in spider veins. You may have other orthopedic or neurological reasons for the pain. Kindly meet a good orthopedic surgeon in your area and evaluate yourself. He will decide if you need further vascular consults.
