I had taken a hiv p24 test after 28 days and it came negative. Should I will have to test again. Or I am fine. Pls tell me how accurate is p24 test is.

Wait for 5 months more and repeat the tests ,a combination of antibody M and G with p24 tests done such as HIV duo ultra is more accurate. But to get 100 percent sensitive and specific tridot is also used.
