There is no distinction between man and woman. There are no fixed no of times which can be considered normal. The guideline is that it should not be frequent and painful (which can happen due to many conditions ). If a person can control the urge (bladder control for a few hours) and is comfortable then it's normal. It would be advisable to go for annual health check up with a doctor (for blood sugar and other routine tests) to rule out any problems.
