I have Multiple lymph nodes in right posterior cervical region. Aspiration done. Microscopic Findings: Aspirate shows mixed population of mature lymphoid cells, plasma cells, few neutrophil, large atypical uninucleate or binucleate cells, occasional? Reed Sternberg cells. There is no granuloma formation / evidence of tuberculosis. Opinion: HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS OF LYMPHOPROLIFERATIVE DISORDER ?HODGKIN?S LYMPHOMA. Advised excision biopsy of lymph node for histo pathological confirmation. Please suggest me something for that.

Hi I would suggest to go for a lymphnode biopsy and then send it to a pathologist for reporting. After the report treat it accordingly. Regards.
