I am a married man of 33 years of age and have a decent sex life with my partner (2-3 times in a week). But currently when we have sex, I feel some extra pain on tip of my penis which was unusual. From next day, I feel too much pain on urinating, or pulling down my foreskin. I saw blood also from the bottom of the penis's tip.

Respected Sir 1.Based on your symptoms, you might be having phimosis (tight foreskin). 2.Are you able to retract it completely? Try to slowly retract the foreskin back daily and clean the undersurface with soap and water and keep the area dry. 3.A tight foreskin presents with difficulty in the intercourse, like you may develop cracks and tears on the foreskin. 4.Please consult a Urologist who would assess the condition and provide you appropriate treatment. 5.You might require surgical removal of the foreskin (Circumcision) if the problem persists.
