I am losing hair quickly and tried many shampoo but nothing worked. And I am having acne too so I thought it because of dandruff I had. But I don't have dandruff now but the hair falling and acne is still continues. This problem continues in past one year. Now the number of hair falling is more now. Is it because of skin problems or any other serious condition?

Hi lybrate-user. The most common cause of hair loss in men is due to male pattern baldness. This occurs because of the hormone testosterone. It is frequently associated with dandruff. The pimples are because of over production of oil from the oil glands on the face. To control both these problems you need to be started on medications - to eat and to apply. Can you please send me photographs of your head and face so I can make an assessment. Looking forward to hear from you.
