I got swelling in left side of neck just above my sternocleidomastoid muscle. Ultrasound reveals it as multiple lymph nodes bilaterally in neck along the jugular nodes. I have no symptoms other than headache on left side of head and stiffness in neck. What it could be? I am female of 24 years only. I feel anxious.
