I'm 32 years old I'm unable smell anything from past 4 year I used to take a tablet of predmet 16 mg and still there is no recovery please suggest me.

If you have anosmia or loss of smell, we should get a CT Scan of your sinuses to assess why you are unable to smell. A lot of times a physical obstruction is identified which can be surgically corrected. I would not recommend taking oral steroids without prescription. They are harmful and have many side effects. Let your doctor decide the diagnosis and prescribe a cure. By taking medicine form google is dangerous and has serious side effects.
