My baby girl is just 8 days old and suddenly one night she produce gas and poop 3 times at night. She got hiccup frequently. I too advice from child specialist and he prescribed COLIZA drop and advice to do a bilirubin test. In test report it is found that the total bilirubin is 15. 3 mg and direct bilirubin is 0.3 mg and indirect bilirubin is 15. 0 mg. Is it a matter of concerns.

Hello, Indirect biluribin upto 5.0 mg be tolerable but raised level be addressed to an x pert, please. Gastric disorder producing hiccup is a normal go with a newly born baby. You may give her homoeopathic medicine:@.China 30-1 drop with 1tsfl of your milk, thrice. You should take care of yourself to keep your baby fit. Avoid, junkfood, alcohol, spicy food. Take care.
