Hi, From few months I am experiencing ear blocked both side, clicking in right side ear sometimes with tightness or heaviness seems around head, eyes also seems heavy, regular I am taking steam at night before going to bed and morning doing some meditation like anulom vilom. This things give some relief but this problem still persists. Please guide me how can I relief from this problem permanently and specialist to consult.
