I have piles of first degree And I am taking medicine but I have seen on internet that piles can be permanently cured by operation so should I take medicine or go for surgery. With medicine I feel relief but sometime little bit itching 2. How long I have to maintain my diet or lifetime I would not be able to eat chicken 3.i am doing job of office in that I have to sit for 8 hours is it dander or should I leave job for sometime.

in grade one pile with no bleeding you need to keep stool soft by taking plenty of fluids orally and High fibre diet and avoid straining. if you are not comfortable with this than surgery may be needed.
