While undergoing routine medical check up in Ultrasound my wife (age 43 yrs) is detected with Impression of 1. Bulky Uterus 120X73X67 mm 2. Multiple Intra Uterine Fibroids. Size 39X41 mm, 42X38 mm20X22 mm,26X28 mm, 30X33 mm,35X30 mm. Now she is having painful monthly periods and even the frequency is between 23 to 25 days. Please advise what best is solution for this. Thank You

As she is premenopausal, I'll advise for operation as the best option. 2nd is she can take tab fibristal 1od from 5th day of MC. This will reduce fibroid size.
