I always feel thirsty despite drinking approximately 10 bottles of water a day and 5 bottles per night. My lips also remain dry. Moreover, I get a sore throat after eating chocolates, dry fruits, mangoes, or any such thing which increases body temperature. And to cure my throat I need to drink heavy loads of water. Also I get mucus whenever I eat hot food and it's usually present at the morning also. My digestion is not so good and also I eat a lot of junk food. But despite eating this much junk food, my sodium, blood pressure, sugar all are normal. I consulted a few doctors and they told me "everything is normal" and "drink as much water as you can" but they don't understand that it still doesn't quench my thirst. One of the doctors gave me OCD/Depression and sugar medicine after I forced him to because I wanted a solution, but I'm not taking them. Physically I'm a very fit person and I run daily and do Please suggest me for sore throat.

Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a common mental health problem. Symptoms typically include recurring thoughts and repetitive actions in response to the recurring thoughts. A common example is recurring thoughts about germs and dirt, with a need to wash your hands repeatedly to "clean off the germs" However, there are many other examples like sexual thoughts, counting, checking, orderliness, etc. The usual treatments are cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) antidepressant medicine, or both. Treatment often works well to reduce the symptoms and distress of OCD greatly. All the best.
