Hi, my husband has been prescribed prodep 100 and sulpitac 100 and he is not feeling why he is taking this medicine. Please let me know through what he is going so that I can help. I have heard some wired things like being followed, someone plotting things against him, someone seeing him from door, even he gets aggressive and hits me. Please let me know what is this.

Yes, it is a very complex disease and needs a lot of support. You cannot treat him but he needs this medication and needs to also have counseling from a therapist. At home you must be careful not to increase his suspicion in any manner. He must also be always occupied but not busy. If he is going to work let him continue but he must not be under undue pressure. If you want to really help, you can consult with his counselor when he starts therapy and get specific guidance as to how to be involved and helpful.
