I am 40 years old women. I do job since 5 years. I am a sales manager. I have habit to walk faster as I can since childhood. But from few months whenever I walk fast. I have breathing problem. When I got angry it happens too. I have many depressions in my family. Please suggest me.

You are obviously motivated by a 'Hurry Up' driver. This means that you have a tendency to race, probably fed by some unresolved anger. When you feel the emotion of anger, it will bring tension and can affect your breathing mostly. This can also be a setup for an anger-related depression later. Since there is a family history of depression you can also develop it easily. As you age your fitness may not have kept pace with your aging and this can cause a problem with breathing or breathlessness. If not, there could be a medical problem which your physician can probably help you. Anyway I would recommend that you seek some help with handling emotions with a professional. And you must start an exercise program after consulting your physician. Deep breathing exercises and techniques, especially through Yoga, will bring a lot of relief soon.
