I'm getting white periods every month soon after normal periods from past 4 years (after marriage). The thing is that it cause more pain than a normal periods and sometimes I even can't tolerate, it also causes a back pain so badly. And now from past few months, I also feel of getting vomited but doesn't actually vomit. What should I do?

Thick, white discharge is common at the beginning and end of your cycle. Normal white discharge is not accompanied by itching. If itching is present, thick white discharge can indicate a yeast infection. Clear and stretchy: This is "fertile" mucous and means you are ovulating. As far as the sticky stuff coming from your vagina goes, it's normal to have a vaginal discharge that is sticky, thin, or thick (clear-whitish). However, it should not have an unpleasant odor. Normal vaginal fluid is the body's way of keeping the vagina moist and clean.
