Hi I am 25 years female suffering from Tb. I have completed my medication for 2 and half months now I eat AKT-3 but still I do get khasi in a day sometimes 2-3 times a day and sometimes just once a day and sometimes 4-5 times a day. I want to know when my khasi will be relieved completely.

You will have to complete the course of total duration 6-9 months. Only coughing does not indicate failure of therapy. The sputum for AFB should be examined as per guidelines at 2 months 5 months 8 months to establish conversion. Wish you speedy recovery.
