Please tell me how do I cure my Multiple Sclerosis my ownself. Any body help me. Because I am shattered now and going in depression. Mujhe aisi life nhi chahiye jisse Dr. K pass hi jati hu, monthly injection lu or roj medicines lu. Please for God sake help. Mai khud theek hona chahti hu diet or physical exercise se. Yoga bi krti hu but please help me.
