Hi Manu.. to understand the use of Sepia and secale and other homoeoapthic medicines we have to study for 6 years.. so you can understand that it is not possible to explain here... In short it is always prescribed on indication... which is not just the name of the disease.. So it is better to take any medicine be it allopathic or homoeopathic after consulting a learned doctor.... Taking it randomly mostly cause harm..
