I had external and internal hemorrhoids surgery on 28th nov17. BEIM was used for surgery. On today's date still I am some pain at moderate level and I can see some blood on stool or on anus post potty. On 5th Feb, I did proctoscopy and doctor said that now its proctitis fibrosis and need to go for one more surgery. Is surgery only option for proctitis fibrosis? I don't want to go for surgery now. Please advise if there are any alternative options. I am taking ayurvedic medicine now and I want to stick to it.

Hello dear Lybrate user, Warm welcome to Lybrate. I have evaluated your query thoroughly. Ideally there should not be any problem at this much time of piles surgery. Ayurved has no role in this context. Kindly take second opinion of an expert consultant surgeon for the future line of action. Hope this clears your query. Wishing you fine recovery.
