Hello Sir, Gout is curable, you can take medication prescribed by your doctor for this. This may included medications like pain killers/ steroids/ colchicine for acute attack and control of uric acid levels in blood by tablets like allopurinol, febuxostat etc. It is better to see a doctor who can prescribe you the appropriate medication based on your symptoms and blood uric acid levels. In the meanwhile do not consume high uric acid content food like alcohol, meat, sea food, cauliflower, spinach etc. If you need any further information please contact me. Thank you
