I am 28 years old lady I wanted to ask can I have a healthy pregnancy while having high thyroid my last TSH was done on 18/1/2018 and it was 55.35 I am on eltroxin 100 mg and EURO D 3 60k .we had intercourse twice without precaution, my last period date was 13/1/2018 and on 6/2/2018 I had spotting but nothing after that I know its to early to ask but I am worried for my pregnancy. If I am pregnant will it have any consequences due to my thyroid or I can have a healthy pregnancy and baby kindly help.

With such high hypothyroidism you shouldn't conceive, risk of maternal & foetal complications will be very high. Ideally TSH level should be round about 3 at the time of conception.
