Dear doctor, In January 2013 I had an accident on two wheeler, and got injuries in tail bone with minor hair crack. Since last few weeks, I am having pain in back side upper portion of tail bone. What will be the best solution to cure and to completely fix it.

Your symptoms suggest coccydynia.(inflammation of coccyx) or coccyx fracture. Try: 1. Sitz bath (A tub of hot water with dettol in which affected are has to be dipped in- 10 mins twice daily) for 10 days. 2. Medications like Enzomac, Tendocare and Ceftum will help. 3. Sit on a soft pillow or coccydynia pillow. Even if it's a fracture coccyx, it needs no operation. Best managed conservatively.
