Hi Doctor, Some times my right big toe swelling and I will have severe pain and could walk with very much difficulty. Some say it is gout and some acids stranded there. Is there any treatment without consulting doctor. If I have to meet doctor which doctor . General physician or arthopedician or urologist etc. Why it is coming.
