I am 10 weeks pregnant. But still there is no symptoms of pregnancy. I had my last checkup at my 8th week Dr. said everything is ok she checked heartbeat of fetal also. But did not mentioned in the ultrasound report and said nxt checkup will be done after 3 months. Should I wait?
