My vata level is high. I take time to pass stools. I don't feel comfortable while passing stools. My sleep is disturbed and I get headache in the afternoon. Please suggest some remedies. Thanks.

Take lots of fluids atleast5 litre per day. Take lots of salads and green leafy vegetables per day. Take seasonal fruits daily. Take easabgol 10 GM at bedtime excercise Daily for 45 min to 1 hrs this should solve your problem.
