Hi, It is 39 week of pregnancy. During last visit on yesterday, Dr. suggested for Castor oil with milk. Is it right. Is it time for admit in hospital? Please suggest.

Dear lybrate-user. Thanks for the question. Until the last few decades, castor oil and soap enemas were commonly used in hospitals to induce labor. However doctors discovered other methods of induction that had higher success rates because they were more forceful on the body. As your doctor asked you to do so, you can go ahead without doubt.
