Hi, my field of work requires lot of thinking. Due to this fact, I feel like I am losing my control as if my head is going to burst. I have also started getting panic attacks and anxiety. What are the treatments available without any side effects?

Effects have side effects. So if you are looking for medicines they will cause some or the other side effects. So if you want something without a side effect; try meditation and Yoga plus healthy diet especially non spicy and less pungent helps. Try eating oranges or Amla or lemons which will help calm you.
