What you need to understand is there is no cure it only control. Once its flat with treatment you have to observe and repeat treatment when it starts to come back. Surgery when done alone has more than 70% chance of recurrance and infact can become bigger than previous one. So its important to Do intralesional excision and give steroid after surgery.
