Hi. Can I donate the blood as I am suffering from seizure disorder taking oxetol 450 twice a day. Please advice me.

Yes you can donate blood to all except pregnant lady if you are free of hiv and other blood borne illness. Your blood may contain high level of this drug oxeteol (oxcarbazapine) that may harm the foetus and may also cause congenital defect if given to a pregnant lady.
