Hello. I am 27 years old. I am always feeling dizzy. My blood reports are normal. My vitamin d3 is 8.5.all other reports are normal. My blood pressure is 140/80. I have done my brain MRI which is normal What can I do? Why m always feeling dizzy. Please suggest. Thank you.

Are you a very anxious person. Who gets tensed very easily or so. Keeping in mind you high blood pressure for a 27 year old. It definitely is a concerned you a re e on Medicines for high blood pressure .please check with your doctor .some medications can make you dizzy .if there are no medications then please check your BP one again and be sure the BP reading are correct. Sometimes it so happens that very talented people with fluctuating blood pressure, the brain may not receive adequate blood flow causing a dizziness. Or even anthing like vertigo can cause dizziness. Which is due to ear problems. Just counter check with a general physician.
