First of all you have to stop exposure of the agent causing this condition like chewing panmasalas, betal nut tobacco in any form, smoking or use of any other irritants. Treatment of established osmf is surgical line only.

Hello. Sorry to hear about the condition. OSMF is a chronic disorder, which is caused due to extensive inflammatory reaction in the oral mucosa. Its treatment is one of the ongoing research area. The doubt you have is obvious. Laser treatment is recommended in the early stages and multiple sessions are required for results. However the severity you have said might require you to undergo surgical release with grafting under fibreoptic guidance. Laser treatment might not provide you complete release. And yeah any of the procedure methods you go for, recurrence is common. But the surgical release, followed by physiotherapy, will provide you more time until you see such severity again.
