Dear Dr, I am aged 38 and I got vertigo 3 weeks back and took medicine as prescribed by an ENT for a week and it was prefect. Later when started walking and some abdominal exercise again I got it. So I done MRI brain. Everything ok except got sinusitis polyp. So again Doctor told because this it happened now I am taking medicine for polyp. He told for a month. If I do some minor walks and exercise will it be a problem.

Hello lybrate-user well in this case avoid abdominal excercises for some time as most of them increase pressure in the ears that leads to vertigo .do alternate excercise with VESTIBULAR REHABILITATION EXCERCISES this would help you in coping up withyour problem in long term.
