I have been diagnosed with pcod one year back (Feb 2017), I visited gyno and she suggested me to reduce stress and do some physical activities And I tried to follow the instructions by playing sports. Due to pcod I gained around 8-9 kgs very quickly and I am unable to reduce my weight for more than 1-2 kgs. I did my thyroid test n hemoglobin level test and everything was normal. Few months back I got my periods without any tablets but from Nov 2017 my periods started to skip again. During Nov-dec I was eating mostly at restaurants. And from Feb I have been trying to follow a health diet and still I didn't have my periods. Please let me know if their is anything to be done to reverse the pcod permanently.
