Im having pain at end of urination since 2 days and also fever. My urine test came with pus cells 30-40, e.p cells- 5-8 nd bacteria ++.doctor told its UTI. This is my first UTI. He prescribed Mikacin500 mg intravenous injection twice a day for 5 days. But is it that severe. Can pills clear it?
