I was having minor gynecomastia. 1 weak ago I have take surgery. After 1 week of surgery when I am standing straight it is OK but when I am lifting my hand that time I can see my chest shape is not looking good. Nipple and area near to nipple are going inside. What can I do to improve this? Will it will automatically get corrected over time? Looks like surgeon was inexperience and he has take over correction.
