I have bought Shilajit Gold, 20 capsule as I was suffering from premature ejaculation, Erectile dysfunction, very low stamina, not able to perform 5 mins in bed which is because of over masturbation I did in past. So, I just wanted to know is it good to take & will this turn my side effects which I am suffering now. Currently, I am taking medicines for Vitamin B & D (i.e Shelcal 500, Neurobion forte, Sensival 25). Is this Ok to take the Shilajit along with this medicines? Thanks Ashwin.
