People say anal fissures has no permanent cure, if one get it once then again and again anal fissure come back if the stool becomes little hard because it is a kind of tendency. They also tell that everybody has suffered anal fissure at one time in their life- time but only very few people get fissure. This is absolutely true for me, my anal fissure is coming again and again if my stool becomes solid but when it is semi -solid it is ok. But if digestion is properly done then stool will be solid not semi- solid. One surgeon doctor told that after lateral internal sphincterotomy it never come back, so surgery was done. But after surgery still it is coming. So my question anal fissure is not 100 percent curable disease?
